B2 visa for parents without property or income

Hi Everyone,

I'm staying in the USA from last couple of years and want to invite my parents to visit us.

My father was farmer and mother was housewife. However my father transferred all his farmland between me and my elder brother(he stays in India).

My parents don't have any specific income source. However he run the farm for me and my brother.

Now, What to show in DS-160? Does not having monthly income will impact their visa approval?

Was there anyone in the same situation? Can anyone guide me here please?

Not having a steady income, assets, or other major ties to where they live will be a stiff challenge to overcome. A B2 applicant must present evidence of their intent to return to India, having compelling ties which are greater than the ones in the US. If they have not travelled outside India before it will be very tough for them to get a visa. It will also depend on your own situation here. Good luck
