who should sponsor - B2 VISA
I plan to call my Parents and Mother in law to visit us in US.
My parents visa got rejected last year as they said they could not ascertain strong ties with India for them. MY father is a retired government officer and my mother is a housewife. Last time when we applied for their VISA i showed my sponsorship. I have an elder brother who is settled in Bangalore, we have no other siblings.
For my Mother in law we want to apply for the VISA. she is a widower andn has never applied for a US Visa. My wife has 3 sisters out of which 2 are in India and 1 is in US.
I have following questions:-
1. For my parents, who should sponsor? me or they themselves?
2. For my Mother in law, who should sponsor? me or she herself?
3. In case of self sponsor, what is a decent average balance in Indian accounts?
I understand there may not be exact or real answers to these questions, but any inputs based on your past experiences/heard instances will be helpful.
