Q on Re-entry to US after visitor Visa (B2) Extension

Hello, Hoping someone would share their experience on this one:

My mom came to US on B2 Visitor visa on 4th Feb. 2020
Her passport was stamped till 4th Aug. 2020.
I applied for Extension on 28th May 2020 (well before 45 days) due to Covid
She got notice on 27th Feb. to appear for Fingerprinting on 11th March 2021. She attended and completed fingerprinting.
She left US on 18th March 2021 (week after fingerprinting)
I-539 Approval came on April 4th 2022 but it said the extension is valid till Feb. 4th 2021!

She is planning to visit USA next month. Would there be any problems at the port of entry? Any suggestions please? Thank you in advance.

Shouldn't be a problem, because she left while it was pending. She should bring the receipt and the decision notice, to prove that she left while it was pending.
