We are planning to schedule my parents visitor visa in march 2011
We are selecting English as their language.
My father knows English but my Mother does not know to speak english
now my question is that
If they ask a question to my mom in English , can my Father tell consulate that she does not know english and translate the question into other language?
If their is any other answer please suggest asto what my Father can reply.
