I am awaiting a sponsorship from my brother in law for a tourist visa. I am planning to take the interview during feb 2011.
1. Even after receiving sponsorship letter, can i tell the consular officer that my private limited company, in which both me and my wife are directors would be paying for our air tickets and other expenses. It is legal and allowed as for as the company act is concerned. What would be the consular's reaction to this?
2. Is there a min. limit in terms of salaries one should show to get the visa?. Also is there a min. amount to be shown in self's saving bank account.
3. along with our SB account, can we also show our current account balance of our company which will also show healthy balance.
