Riyadh Business Visa -From PH

Hey guys I'm trying to get business visa to go to Riyadh from the Philippines. I completed the application form and have a digital copy, letter from both the Riyadh and Manila Office and my 2x2s/passport. How do you book an apppointment in the Embassy if no one's answering the phone. Is walk-in the only solution and is that even still possible https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ ?
