How to stay in Korea for 6 months?

Hi! ( US citizen ) I’m in need of major help as none of my searches have helped me come to a conclusion. I’ve been offered an opportunity to travel for cosmetic surgery and weight loss program and they would require me to be able to stay for 6 months in order to complete programs and film. They will pay for the surgeries, accommodation, diet and fitness, and activity fees. I would love to be able to do this but don’t know what I need to do to be able to stay for the 6 months. All help is greatly appreciated
