For the K1 fiancé visa is it 90 days from getting the visa that you have entry? Or is it that when you come into the U.S. you have 90 days to get married? I applied in February 2024 and received my NOA1. I’m curious of that. I have a vacation with my fiancé in August in his home country of South Korea. We use track my visa and they predict we’ll get our NOA2 in May-June. I also wonder if there’s a time frame between getting the NOA2 and having to get a visa interview? If track my visa is accurate we’re planning on him booking his visa interview in August when I’m there.
