Should I file I-539 (extension of stay) for my parents who are on B1/B2 visa in USA?

Hello, My parents have come to USA on B1/B2 visa which is expiring in Feb, 2022 (completing 10 years of visa). My wife and I was expecting and having a first baby who is going to turn 8-10 weeks old when my parents have their return ticket to India. Since my wife is still recovering after delivery and my child is will be just 2 months old when they going to leave from USA to return back to India, it would very difficult for us to manage things and my parents willing to spend time with family and also they would be helpful to us, Should I file I-539 extension of stay in this case? They do not have any medical conditions or any emergency but main reason is to spend quality time with family and also as described the given condition to be a helping hand to family.

They came on 28th Nov, 2023
Return ticket date: 15th May, 2024
They came for 2nd time in USA in last 8 years, have no bad history at all!
Visa expiring B1/B2: Feb, 2026.

Please advice me if I should take a chance or can file I-539 for extension of stay or not?
