Visitor Visa apppointment

I am planning to bring my parents to US in the month of August. I thought of taking Visa appointment in the last week of June in Chennai consulate in the website www.ttsvisas.com. I noticed that it is already filled. So what are my choices?
Is there any way where my parents can take the appointment by going personally to Chennai or through an agent?(They reside in Bangalore)
Or should I wait for the openings for the month of July?
