Can anyone tell me the process of changing from h4 to f1?

I’m currently residing in USA on h4, and have received admit for fall 2024 in a university. I wish to go to my home country that is India to change h4 to f1. Please let me know the documents required and the process.

Below is the process I found:
After filling out the form, applicants must send the following papers to USCIS:

• A copy of the I-20 from their university.
• University admission letter.
• A copy of their passport. mario games

• Details on any previous H4 Visa extensions.
• Proof of having adequate money to cover tuition and living expenses.
