Marrying in the USA with an ESTA?

I’m on day 72 out of 86 days in the USA before I return to Australia. I am staying with my fiancé and we think the best route for us would be if we got married within the next two weeks here in the USA then I fly home and we start the CR1 visa? Does this plan sound feasible https://mobdro.bio/ ?
