Tourist visa for Australia

Hi, french citizen in Asia right now for vacations I would like to go to australia few days from seoul before getting back to france.

I saw the evisitor visa would suits my situation router login 192.168.l.l.link/.

I created my immigration account on the site of australia ambassade but when i want to pass the step 5 of the visa registration, here’s happen :

“ Based on the passport details, I is not eligible to apply using this online service......)”

Run on the rules and legacies and it seems like I should technically be able to apply online…

Someone can help me ?
