French visa processing time - Lebanon

Hello guys,

I have applied to French tourism visa ( short stay ) from Friday 19th of April and the in process Yellow Light on Tls Contact is freezed since that day. is it normal ? How many days it is usually taking to receive the passport in Lebanon ?

My friends applied last month and received their answer in 7 days from Monday to Monday..

Any idea on that ?
