Can I travel to Colombia with a valid US?

I am looking to travel to Colombia in June for work. I read online that if you have a valid US visa or a valid Schengen visa you do not need to apply for a Colombian visa https://tutuapp.uno/ .

This information did not come from the Colombian embassy website but some random website which provided visa consulting services.

Could someone confirm this? I tried calling the Colombian embassy to confirm but no one picks up.
