What does the "Si vous êtes titulaire d'un document de voyage officiel, présentation obligatoire d'une note verbale." (Translation: If you hold an official travel document, you must present a verbal note (?)) on the Visa application mean? I am uploading my passport already so I don't totally understand what I have to do here.
