Need info on Japan visa from India

Hi all, as part of the Document checklist for visa approval I see there is NOC mentioned.My employer doesnt provide an NOC. is there any other way i can show that my leaves are approved? omegle xender in short ..is NOC mandatory p.s: my leaves have already been approved its just a case of the employer not giving an Noc

I am also quite interested in this information. I am planning to visit friends in Japan and have already found lynx air reviews. I am now wondering how I can fly there and what documents do I need if I fly from the USA? Any information would be helpful
