EVisa Faster arrival?

I am student who is going to study abroad in Thailand in the beginning of September. My letter from the school will not arrive until the end of July and I am going to make sure to apply for my Visa the minute I get my letters. The only problem is that I only have a 3-4 week time frame for my visa to arrive before my leaving date .

Does anyone know if theres a way to pay an express fee? Or am I just going to have to wait and pray?
