Do these foreign workers need a visa ?
The company conducts camps for a particular niche sport and is Swiss based. To date camps have been in Europe. The company wants to conduct a week long camp in the USA and send our coaches from EU.
The Swiss company is paid the camp fee by attendees. The coaches are paid by the Swiss Company. There is no US based company that is involved except companies the Swiss Company pays for needed services like hotel, food etc.
Essentially this boils down to can we send 2-3 coaches to the USA to conduct this camp.
