Hi guys,

For years now, I've been looking for a US based job opportunity ( electronics engineering). But it always comes to the work visa sponsorship.

Are there any pointers on how to optimize my efforts? Instead of applying the same old way and getting the same old response.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
