Colombia Tourist E-Visa Application

I had applied for Colombian Tourist Visa a few days back and made the payment. However, application status is stuck in Online Registration and hasn't moved to 'In Progress'. Payment for visa study has a green check mark on the status page. though

Any idea how long it takes to get to the next step? Is there anything else I need to do?
