I am a new graduate, and I have been working as engineer in my home country, Panama. I have heard that as long as you have a clear police history, own a property (something that anchors you in your Panama) and/or work full time in a position that can provide you enough income for visiting the U.S.A, the embassy would likely approve you. However, how early can I apply for a tourist visa after having all this requirements? Can I apply after my first year of working full time ?
