hello,

I understand that we have to give 2 demand drafts while taking an appointment.
1) But when we cancel an appointment for the interview is any of those demand draft amount refunded ? Or do you loose out on both of them?
2) Is there a particular notice period for cancelling an appointment?

You don't have to give anything for taking appointment. Only when you visit for your actual appointment is that you need to give the drafts.

I don't think there's any particular requirement of cancelling the appointment as long as you do it before the actual appointment.
