employment letter & letter from bank for visitor's visa

Hi all,

I'm planning to bring my in-laws to US in june 2005 and they have an appointment at chennai consulate in may, 2005. I would like to know whether I need to send 2 employment letters & 2 bank statements even if they are appearing for the interview together.
