Documents needed

I plan to invite my in-laws to US. Will I need to send my original birth certificate and or my wife's?
Can I take appointment right now online and send documents may be 2 weeks later? The earliest appointment at Mumbai is in June 2nd week, but the waiting time shows 37 weeks. Which is true?
Would I need to send original marriage certificate?

Whatever earliest appointment you get is true.

You should send your wife's original birth certificate.
