question on sponsoring

I am employed in MNC and have traveled 3 times on B1 visa. I am planning to take my family in next visit on B2 visa. My spouse is housewife and I have 2 kids one is school going and other is infant. I wanted to check if I can sponsor my family and what are the documentation needed.
