Visitor Visa question

Is there a requirement for how much $$ you need to have in the bank account in order to sponsor my mom? I have about $6000 in my joint account & about $15000 in other savings like stocks & mutual funds. Combined household income ~$70000. I was wondering if this situation is going to be ok to sponsor my mom??? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

i want to know if i have to include my drivers liscence and other forms of identity to it before i can send it to the consular general of the coutry i am inviting them from.i want to know if $7000 USD as an accoutn balance would be very good for the processing of the visa .and how many days does it take for a visa to get processed and pls where can i buy airtickets online for my parents .if you know of one please include it in your reply so that i would know the next step to take in other for me to appy for visa for them.
