  • Re-apply for B1/ B2 visa after rejection

I want to apply again for the B1/ B2 visa for me and my family (12 yr daughter and mother in law).

I have been rejected three times in my interview process - twice for work application and once for a personal application. My last interview was in March 2019 and there were no specific reasons for the denial.

I would like to re-apply the B1/ B2 visa as a personal application and I would like to know any gotchas and best practices and recommendations to get it accepted this time.

Some recommendations for you in applying for your Visa.
Wait: Allow significant time between applications.
Strong ties: Demonstrate a deep connection to your hometown (job, property, family).
Blueprint: Create a clear itinerary for your trip.
Honesty: Be honest in your application and interview.
Professionalism: Dress well and be confident.
Consider legal help: Consult an immigration attorney for expert advice.
Remember: Visa approval is not guaranteed. Focus on demonstrating strong relationships and intent to return home.
Please experience that's not my neighbor on my site.
