Help preparing financial documents..

Hi,

I'm sponsoring my parents visitor's visa and they are due to appear for interview in April.

My father is a businessman with investments majorly in 2 firms...he is a Director of one firm in india and can get sufficient proof for the same, the other however is in partnership with my uncle and is in a shop in Dubai. My father has a residence visa of Dubai as he has partnership for that shop. He visits Dubai every 6 months for a week to check on the accounts of the shop but stays in Mumbai for the rest of the year. There are no official partnership papers or something like that..and the shop is run by my Uncle.

1. What kind of papers should he prepare for explaining Dubai residence stamp?
2. What should be explicitly stated in those papers?
3. Is there any help I can get like travel agents, CA..? for preparing the same?

Please help.
