Visa Application/Interview for Family: Can Major son be included?

Hi,

We want to apply for B2 visa for three of us.
Self, Spouse and Son(age 26 years).
Can I include all 3 in one common form D-160 as a family?
Can I obtain interview appointment for all 3 together?
