My brother is going to America on the 19th, but due to various issues, he needs to do a new ESTA application but cant until Friday 17th (he's waiting on a new passport and needs the new passport number https://vlc.onl/ ). Are these applications also processed on weekends, or do the time frames only relate to weekdays?
Any information is desperately needed and appreciated - he's so stressed and upset and I just wanna help him!
