I am getting married in June '05. We are having some confusion as to who should sponser my fiances mom and brother. There is a name discrepency on my fiance's documents. His H-1 approval (I-797, i think...) documents and credit cards ALL have his correct name. BUT his multi-entry visa and passport have his name backwards, meaning his first name is his last name..(i.e. Shenoy Raj instead of Raj Shenoy). Will this cause problems. My fiance is an H-1. The other issue is that my future mother in law will be staying here in my parents house, because my fiance lives in an apartment with 2 roommates. My father is a U.S. Citizen and might be seen as more financially established. Who should sponser??WHAT SHOULD I DO?? HELLLLLLP..
