I'm planning a trip to Japan in mid-September and will be processing my visa through VFS Global in Hyderabad. As a salaried employee from India, I'm a bit unsure about which documents I need to provide for my visa application. Could anyone share their experience or provide a list of the required documents? Also, would I need to submit a letter on company letterhead stating that I will be on leave for following dates, and they are approved, along with employment certificate?
