How to delete my colombia visa application

I was trying to apply for Colombia visitor visa and found multiple links online and probably used the wrong link to file my visa application. Now the visa application is submitted on the portal and I realised that I've filled through the different category than what I wanted. Now it's not allowing me to cancel the application as my details already exist in their system. I'm unable to find any option to delete that application.
