  • Filing a visitor visa for my uncle

I'd like to file a B2 visitor/tourist visa for my uncle (Father's younger brother) and his wife. I am a US Citizen and my Father has a green card and lives with me.
    1. My uncle has a job in India as well as real estate property as well as a married daughter who lives in the same town.
    2. I wanted to know if I should be the sponsor or my Father.
    3. My Father is retired and only has a little bit of retirement income. Or should we both be co-sponsers?
    4. What's the best strategy here?
    5. Which documents are needed from my side and my father's side?
    6. Which documents should my uncle provide?

Additional documentation may be requested at your interview or once you are eligible for a U.S. visa. Examples of the following types of evidence:
    • Evidence of the purpose of the trip: invitation letter, etc.
    • Evidence of the relationship between you and the inviter: birth certificate, photos together, etc. subway surfers
    • Evidence of the inviter's status in the United States: passport, green card, student visa, etc.
