copy of citizenship form

hey. you guys have recomended a copy of the certificate of citizenship...but that certificate has a notation that it is illegal to duplicate the certificate?? what to do?

It is illegal to use it illegally(by altering etc.)

I don't see any problem in making plain photocopy.
