my Visa is pending but my i-94 expired

Hello , im outside USA, i do apply for a new i-551 renewal, also have an extension for a i-94 which is expired now, will i be able to re-enter to the USA On this way(?)

This doesn't make much sense. I-551 is green card. Did you get a green card? If so, then "visa" and I-94 are irrelevant.

I-94 only applies to a particular stay, so if you are outside the US, you don't have an I-94.

You need to tell us the whole picture of what is going on.

Since you're outside the USA with an expired I-94, re-entering might be complicated. I recommend contacting the U.S. embassy or consulate for guidance on your situation and the best course of action. Having your ID and expired I-94 may not be sufficient for re-entry without proper authorization.
