Can’t get post-visa approval interview at consulate

Any and all experience/help is appreciated. We recently got approval for an O1 visa for my neurosurgical colleague to come join my practice.

He requires a post approval interview at the consulate in Naples, however, we have called many times and gone through their website process and cannot get a response to schedule the interview. Has anyone navigated a similar experience? omegle xender
