Can L2S work in USA till I-94 expired, if L1 has to return to India for some reason

Situation is the following where I need some answer.

I am working on L2S and I94 will be expired on Dec-10-2024.
Due to some reason, my spouse who is on L1 has to return to India Sep-30-2024.
And situation is thus, my spouse will not come back to US as our VISA end date / I94 end date is Dec-10-2024.

So, my question is ..
As my I94 is valid till Dec-10-2024, Can I work till Dec-09-2024 in US and return to India on Dec-10-2024?

Please guide me, what are the possible options I have here.
