Planning on moving to Romania 🇷🇴 (from USA)

I need help figuring out how to move to Romania. I’m planning on moving next year as I have a boyfriend that lives there and I have the money. I already have a passport I just don’t know what visa I would apply for JUST to move there; not for work and not for school visas. What do I need to apply for a visa? Where do I go to get one and can I do it online 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 ? Do I have to get a job in Romania before even entering Romanian or can I look for one while being there? I’d have a place to stay so that’s not an issue. I need a dumbed down explanation on which visa I need just to move there PLEASE
