Speeding ticket and American visa

Hi all,

I got caught speeding in Virginia and got a minor traffic infraction. Do I need to declare this on an esta as it was just a pre payable fine and I was not arrested? The officer just handed me a ticket and said where I could pay.

P.S they spelt my name wrong on the ticket when I view it online too.

Any help would be appreciated.

Was the ticket classified as a minor traffic infraction, or was it elevated to a misdemeanor or any other category?
