Question on DS 156

Hi
Im a H1 holder planning to invite my parents on a tourist visa.
What should they fill in for Question 37.
Question:
"Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship?
Mark YES or NO and indicate that person's status in the U.S. (i.e., U.S. legal permanent resident, U.S. citizen, visiting, studying, working, etc.)."

Since im the only son who is in USA, should they tick YES against Son/Daughter and print US H-1, Working ??

DO you have a green card or citizenship??
if none then i think you should wirte NONE!

Probably i was reading too much into the statement.


" Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship? "


Since there was an OR on either side of the statements, i thought it meant, im supposed to act on, if either of the statement holds true. In my case, the first statement holds true as im in USA, while second one is false.
