Best was to get my girlfriend into USA?

I'm an American citizen and have a girlfriend living in Istanbul, Turkey. She has an Iranian passport and I would like to be able to bring her to the US. How would this be possible? I seem to be running in to dead ends with my initial attorney consultations telling me it's highly unlikely. I am currently going through a divorce in the US, which seems to be complicating the process, since I cannot bring her on a fiance visa and marry within 90 days....advice?
