Indian business visa

I submitted my application last Tuesday at vfs global London and got an email yesterday saying: A decision on your application has been made by the high commission of India. Your processed application has been received and would be dispatched.

Today I received my passport with nothing-No visa stamp. I can’t even track the application on vfs because it keeps saying invalid inputs.

What does this mean?? omegle xender
