Can I reenter Egypt after being gone for less than a month?

I’ve tried calling the US embassy in Egypt, but none of the numbers are working for some reason. I bought a visa-on-arrival on September 10th, and then left to Turkey on the 24th. It’s now September 29th and I’m interested in flying back, but I’m just not sure if there are any waiting requirements. I’m okay with paying for another VOA if that’s possible. What are my options?
