  • Signatory for noc

    Hi

Do all partners in the firm have to sign the noc and payslips for b2 visa renewal if asked to provide noc.
the trade license has 2 partners as authorized signatories and authority level equal or jointly.
most embassies like schengen or uk require any authorised signatory.

A signatory for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is the individual or authority who has the legal and formal right to approve and sign the document on behalf of the issuing organization or entity. This person is typically a senior official, such as a manager, director or authorized representative, depending on the nature of the NOC.

      Hi there!

For B2 visa renewal, if the embassy requests a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and payslips, typically any authorized signatory from your firm can sign these documents. Since your trade license lists two partners as authorized signatories with equal or joint authority, either partner should be able to sign the documents.

However, it's always a good idea to confirm this with the specific embassy or consulate handling your renewal, as requirements can vary.
