I have a tragic incident in my family and looking for answer regarding USA B2 visa interview. My brother has Family US visa interview with his spouse and daughter in November 2024. My brother met with an accident and passed away. With his death certificate available, can rest of family go for the fingerprint and interview? How would that affect the interview? Would they all be refused because of primary applicant not being alive? I am their close relative as permanent resident of USA provide a letter of request?
