pregnant by passport user?

my friend is a U.S citizen and is dating a guy who is a Canadian citizen. both have passports, he visited in July and in early August she tested positive on a pregnancy test. this story is only relevant for the purpose of the question as she unfortunately miscarried. https://9apps.ooo/

but I got me thinking, they were trying to get visas so they could finally live togather and I was wondering if you get pregnant as a US citizen by a Canada citizen, does putting that in your visa request help your chances of being approved for a visa? perhaps even after a miscarriage?
