  • Transit visa, Sharjah airport, Air Arabia airlines.

I have a layover of 24 hours at Sharjah airport, both the flights are via Air Arabia, and I am an Indian national. There isn’t enough information online on how to apply for transit via, especially if we are flying via Air Arabia. Does anyone have experience applying for the transit visa? omegle xender

As an Indian national with a 24-hour layover at Sharjah Airport (SHJ), you might need a transit visa to leave the airport and explore the city, depending on the specifics of your situation and the requirements for Indian passport holders. Since your flights are with Air Arabia, I’ll outline the steps you can follow to apply for a transit visa or stay in Sharjah during your layover.

I'm also an Indian national and had a layover in Sharjah a few months back, flying with Air Arabia. The transit visa process was a bit confusing, and there wasn’t much clear info online. What helped me was checking with Air Arabia directly—they directed me to apply through their visa processing partners, but the requirements can vary. One suggestion is to check out https://travelbusinessclass.com/ for general travel tips—I've found that they sometimes cover nuances with visas and layovers. Also, some travelers say getting a transit visa in Sharjah can be pretty straightforward if you have the right documents ready.
