Am I travelling on ESTA too much?

This summer I was in the US for 1 month.

Mid-September tlll mid-October this year I was in the US for another month.

I'll be going to the US again this year mid-November till mid-December (3rd month)

Is there a chance I'll get denied entry on my third visit in November? Am I doing anything illegal?

My only reason to visit is for "friends" or "vacation". https://9apps.ooo/

From my experience, if you're using ESTA and visiting for legitimate reasons like friends or vacation, it usually shouldn’t be an issue. However, frequent travel might raise some questions when you go through customs, especially if it's so close together. I once had a similar concern when I was flying frequently between the US and Asia for work – business class flights with cheap business class tickets helped me maintain comfort, but I was still worried about customs. Just keep everything clear with your travel reasons and maybe try to space things out a bit more. That said, it’s always good to be prepared with proof of your plans (return ticket, accommodation).
